Stickyseat - Our Story
After 15 years in senior roles within the garment and athletic apparel industry, our founder San Anderson was frustrated that she could not find affordable equestrian apparel and horse riding pants that utilized the high end performance fabrications she was using for the top athletic brands. Being a fan of the secure stability you get in full seat breeches, she also wanted the comfort and performance in a stretch riding tight that you’d find in high end athletic wear built into her horseback riding pants and tights.
Her contacts within the specialized printing industry were able to take exclusive inks they had developed (NOT Silicone) to print a high density grip seat - these sticky breeches and sticky pants became our sticky seat breeches and sticky seat riding pants.
Her design sense and desire for all inclusive fits that ensure flattering styling as well as practical, barn friendly, fashion birthed the MTM Technology (MuffinTop Minimizer) waistband - cutting edge technology in sewing and production ensure a smooth, no seam feel, no chaffes no rubs - just longer rides on your horse. Optional Cargo Pockets add function.
